The best day of the week is here and I am glad, this week seemed like it had only four days because it went by so fast but who am I to complain. Have a great weekend and I will see you Monday bright and early.

I have always wondered if I am a good writer, of course I can say yes but that would be my biased opinion. There was a time a long time ago when I can truly say that I was a good writer, how do I know that?. My grades reflected that, during that time I used to write pretty much everyday then I stopped for no reason that comes to mind. I only know that I didn’t write for a long, long time.
Then I started blogging and so I had to start writing again. If you ask me about grammar chances are I won’t know what to tell you because I just don’t remember all the rules. When I write now I have one simple rule, if a sentence makes sense then chances are that it is written right but how do I know that?. Without feed back I just don’t know if I am an ok writer or a crummy writer. If someone were to tell me that I am the latter I would not take it personally, it would only help me improve.
So that is why the title of this post is what it is, because I am doing my best to become a good writer, the more I do it the better I’ll become. I want to be good enough so that I can be able to bring my point across clearly. I am sure that I have made plenty of grammatical mistakes and there is more than one typo in all of my post but after all I am not perfect, I am just a guy doing the best he can and I hope that comes across in my writing.

We sure reached Wednesday real fast this week. Am I complaining about I?, not at all. If you have been reading this blog then you know that I love weekends, so much that I named this blog Weekendshere dot com. Why do love the weekends when all I seem to do is be lazy?, some mysteries are better left alone, right?.

Today is a holiday here in the United States, President’s Day to be exact. I don’t work today so I am having a three day weekend and you know how much I love those. This post is very short and basically just wanted to wish you all a happy President’s Day. I will talk to you Tuesday morning bright and early as usual.
